Muscle soreness - a good sign?

Interesting insight. I always thought pain = damage = repair but actually it’s simply novel stimulus. When you start a new exercise it takes a lot of neural adaption before hypertrophy will even occur over so makes sense that soreness doesn’t = muscle growth.
