Got my meal for carb up day:

 

Meal 1 50g oats 20g whey 1 whole egg 100g apple 100g papaya 

 

Meal 2 120g chicken 100g rice 4 rice crackers 20g jelly 

 

Meal 3 120g 5% meat 100g rice 4 rice crackers 20g jelly 

 

Meal 4 30g oats 25g whey 100g apple 100g papaya 10g peanut butter 

 

Meal 5 2 hamburgers 1 potato

 

Papaya is in as it helps keep things moving.

 

I’m excited! Minimal carbs for over a week has been hard 😃
