• 1000mg vitamin C after meals
• 4g salt day .
• 45 minutes cardio twice day
• meal 1,2 140g chicken 100g lettuce
• meal 3 pre workout 20g oats 40g whey
• meal 4 150g meat 5% 100g aspargos
