Where was your worst injection?

Quadricps .
Was nice and quiet for shot, but on next day when wake up was very painful for walk, move .. a nothing.
Never do anymore.

I did 3ml in my quad a few years ago and the pip was that bad I couldn't bend my leg. Always struggle with glute but getting better.
